Job Description:

North American Staffing Service are looking for a Sales Associate that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. A successful Sales Associate must have an excellent attitude towards their work and empathy for their customers' needs. They should also have excellent listening and problem-solving skills to provide the information or solutions their customers need

Responsibilities:

• Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Utilize opportunities to upsell services when feasible.
• Cultivate sustainable relationships with customers by going the extra mile.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all conversations in our call center database.
• Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to generate more business.
• Engage in Social Media postings to ensure platforms are up-to-date.
• Considerate of bonuses with base salary.
• Follow up with expected and new clients via email and cold calling.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Requirements:

• Preferably with Call Center experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
• Comfortable with cold calling.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Confidence in creating exceptional client satisfaction experiences.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to actively engage in work.
