Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints effectively.
• Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in communication.
• Utilize company software and systems to log call details, update customer information, and process orders or requests.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot problems, share best practices, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information and adhere to data protection regulations.
• Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Adapt to changes in procedures, technologies, and customer needs to deliver exceptional service.

Education Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Additional education or certification in customer service, communication, or a related field is a plus.

Requirements:

• Previous Call Center Experience is a Plus Point.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone manner.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Proficiency in using call center software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Female candidates are preferred for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in Night Shifts.
