Job Description:

We are specifically Seeking candidates with Hands-on Experience in the US Truck Dispatching industry. Only applicants with such qualifications will be considered. We are currently searching for a skilled and seasoned Truck Dispatch Executive to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and prioritize incoming calls from customers and drivers.
• Efficiently schedule freight pickups and deliveries for our clients (Truckers).
• Dispatch drivers to designated locations using phone systems or transportation management systems.
• Utilize GPS and GIS tools to track vehicles and monitor traffic conditions.
• Provide accurate shipping details to our esteemed customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including calls, routes, pickups, and deliveries.
• Manage invoices and other shipment-related paperwork.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with transportation rules and regulations.
• Negotiate rates and delivery timelines to meet customer needs.

Education Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Requirements:
