Responsibilities:

• Assist in general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
• Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
• Assist in organizing and scheduling office events, conferences, and meetings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Support the office manager and other staff members with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
• Assist in special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Education Required:

• Fresh Graduates in any discipline.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
