VampWelt an ecommerce store is looking for an accountant to manage the finances, stock and payments. We're seeking a detail-oriented Account and Finance professional to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to drive business growth. Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management review, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast targets, identifying areas of concern and proposing corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors during financial audits and tax filings.
• Provide financial guidance and support to cross-functional teams, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies in financial operations through automation and technology adoption.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
