Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, highly creative, and possesses excellent communication skills. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires staying updated on social media trends, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with various teams to create compelling content.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Manage and maintain social media accounts across various platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, including text, images, videos, and interactive media.
• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and prompt professional responses to all engagements.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and use insights to optimize content and strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends: emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing and graphic design teams to develop cohesive social media campaigns.
• Discussing, recommending, and implementing social media advertising campaigns, including selecting target audience, budget management, and performance tracking.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners.
• Obtain regular approvals by Canadian Management for new strategy introduction and revision.
• Prepare regular reports on social media performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Education Required:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree.
