Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele-Sales Agent to join our team for our International projects. As an Agent, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, fostering strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting our staffing solutions. Success in this role will require a courteous understanding of client needs, embedding value in our services, and delivering remarkable customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients within North America through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Develop a deep understanding of client staffing needs, industry-specific trends, and market challenges.
• Align our services according to client requirements and circumstances.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, HR professionals, and managerial staff of organizations.
• Create a strong client portfolio by engaging with diverse businesses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor staffing solutions that align with client requirements and organizational goals.
• Present and demonstrate our services to clients, showcasing unique selling points.
• Deliver well-prepared sales pitches and proposals to clients and management.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices.
• Provide outspoken suggestions to improve future sales strategies.
• Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain a detailed record of all completed and in-progress activities.
• Maintain secrecy and integrity while accessing client data.

Education Required:

• BBA/B.Com (bachelor's degree preferred).

• Previous Online/Telephonic Sales experience is a must.
• BPO Experience is preferred.

• Can work in Eastern Standard time zone (5 pm to 2 am).
• Can Commute to DHA Phase VIII (5 Days a week).
