Job Description:

The company offers comprehensive services in electronic medical records (EMR), electronic health records (EHR), and insurance claims processing, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement for healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and manage demographic information including patient's name, date of birth, and insurance ID number.
• Initiate prior authorization (PA) requests for all payers through portals, phone calls, and fax communications.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, providers, and insurance companies.
• Display confidence in handling authorization processes and resolving related issues.
• Possess knowledge of denied and rejected authorization cases and adept at addressing them efficiently.
• Familiarity with CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) and ICD (International Classification of Diseases) codes.
• Bring experience in the medical billing industry, including navigating authorization procedures and billing workflows.
