Responsibility:

• Lead Requirement Analysis to develop comprehensive features, and products in an agile environment.
• Wireframing and lucid hands-on experience is a must!
• Flawless product backlog management with feature prioritization capabilities.
• Work under Product Owners to accomplish business objectives within their operational area or domain.
• Expert communication and persuasion skills to build timely consensus between involved stakeholders about product development.
• Continuously improve existing processes and solutions within their product domain that may also impact other areas.
• Conceptualize and ideate solutions through creativity with an emphasis on cost, usability, and quality.
• Must have hands-on software development experience on different web and mobile stacks.
• Work under head of engineering to accomplish business objectives within their operational area or domain.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, Economics, Business Management, Physiology, or a similar discipline.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Analysis role, leading end-to-end requirements management within the project development lifecycle.
• Strong interest in the product landscape with a focus on user experience, solution design, and design thinking.
• Must have development Experience.
