Analyze production processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Design and implement lean manufacturing principles and techniques to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production and assembly processes.
Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and new production technologies.
Assist in the selection and installation of equipment and machinery to support production goals.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and technologies.
Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field required.
Requirements:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. However, candidates with up to 2-3 years of experience in industrial engineering roles will also be considered.
Proficiency in engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
