Responsibilities:

• Analyze production processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Design and implement lean manufacturing principles and techniques to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production and assembly processes.
• Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and new production technologies.
• Assist in the selection and installation of equipment and machinery to support production goals.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and technologies.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field required.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. However, candidates with up to 2-3 years of experience in industrial engineering roles will also be considered.
• Proficiency in engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
