Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls, engage in networking, and utilize social media to identify potential clients within North America for an International Campaign.
• Develop a profound understanding of clients' staffing needs, industry-specific trends, and market challenges.
• Customize staffing solutions to meet clients' requirements and adapt to market circumstances.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, HR professionals, and managerial staff of organizations.
• Expand client portfolio by targeting diverse businesses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design staffing solutions that align with clients' requirements and organizational goals.
• Showcase the Unique Selling Points (USPs) of our services through presentations and demonstrations to clients.
• Deliver well-prepared sales pitches and proposals to both clients and management.
• Exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices.
• Offer suggestions for improving future sales strategies.
• Participate actively in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain detailed records of all completed and ongoing activities.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity when accessing client data.

Education Required:

• Minimum Bachelors in any discipline
