Job Description:

As a Remote HR Executive, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our distributed workforce. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure that our HR processes, policies, and programs align with our organizational objectives and comply with relevant regulations. Responsibilities:

• Manage remote recruitment processes from job postings to onboarding.
• Ensure new hires have a smooth transition into their roles.
• Support managers in setting goals and providing feedback.
• Stay updated on HR laws and regulations.
• Help develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Administer employee benefits programs efficiently.
• Keep HR records accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide insights through HR analytics to drive decision-making.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or related field.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Salary Package:

• Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
