Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales calls to potential customers as per the USA-based campaign requirements.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales goals.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance performance.

Requirements:

• Fresh to 6 months of experience in a call centre environment.
• Must be between 18 and 35 years old.
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.

Salary Package:

• Pay range: Rs45,000.00 to Rs60,000.00 per month + Weekly Commissions.
• Benefits include a fixed salary, professional working environment, growth opportunity, monthly commission, and weekly spiffs amount.

• Working days: Monday to Friday.
• Job Types: Full-time, Contract.
• Contract length: 12 months.
