Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT field.
• Utilize platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn to connect with potential clients.
• Create persuasive proposals and bid on projects aligned with company expertise.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
• Apply staff augmentation knowledge to meet clients' temporary staffing needs.
• Maintain strong client relationships and explore opportunities for upselling.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project execution and client satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT sector.
• Proven experience using Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn for business growth.
• Track record in staff augmentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the IT industry and evolving trends.
• Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills.

• Full-time position (On-Site) at Gulberg 2, Lahore.
• Competitive salary range of Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month.
