Job Description: Online Reputation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Online Presence.
• Creating and managing Reviews Profiles.
• Creating and managing Gmail Accounts.
• Posting Reviews on various platforms.
• Developing Online Reputation Management (ORM) Strategies.
• Responding to Feedback from customers.
• Resolving Negative Reviews and enhancing online reputation.
• Creating Positive review content.
• Building Positive Relationships with customers.
• Familiarity with platforms like Trustpilot, Bark, GoodFirms, Design Rush, Yelp, Facebook Review, GMB Reviews, Glassdoor, and others.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Strong command of all mentioned responsibilities.
• At least 1 year of experience in Online Reputation Management.
• Prior experience in the IT industry (Product-based or Brand side).
• Proficiency in using various online review platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and promote positive content to enhance online reputations.

Salary Package:

• Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month.

Other Details:

• Full-time position.
• Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
• Timings: 09:00 PM - 06:00 AM.
