Multimedia Specialist (Videographer, Editor, Animator)

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Junior Multimedia Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in creating engaging and informative video content for internal and external audiences, including product demos, explainer videos, social media videos, and corporate presentations. You will be responsible for the entire video production process, from capturing footage to editing, animation, and finalizing high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Shoot high-quality video footage using professional equipment and software.
• Set up lighting and sound for optimal results.
• Conduct interviews and capture B-roll footage.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture the essence of project requirements.
• Assemble video footage using industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Incorporate animations, graphics, and motion effects to enhance video storytelling.
• Add music, sound effects, and voiceover tracks.
• Ensure smooth transitions and pacing throughout the video.
• Create simple character or motion graphics animations to support video content.
• Implement animations in sync with the video narrative.
• Demonstrate proficiency in animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).

Additional Responsibilities:

• Manage media assets and maintain efficient file organization.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies in video production and animation.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, development, design) to achieve project goals.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:

• 2 years of experience in video production, editing, and animation.
• Experience in a production house/Social media channels preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of video editing principles (pacing, composition, storytelling).
• Advanced knowledge of animation principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative and adaptable with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with software development terminology and processes a plus.
