Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online travel agency platform.
• Manage and optimize the booking process to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Coordinate with the IT team to maintain and enhance the functionality of the OTA platform.
• Monitor website performance, analyze user behaviour, and implement improvements to enhance usability and conversion rates.
• Supervise customer service representatives and provide guidance on handling inquiries complaints, and escalations.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the OTA platform and increase bookings.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions and maintain service quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the online travel industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using online booking systems and relevant software applications.
• Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
