Role Description

This is an internship (leading to a job, depending on performance) role for a Business Development Associate. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for lead generation, writing, and sending proposals. They will communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements and work with our team to deliver top-quality solutions that meet their business objectives. The focus will be on Upwork proposals and profile handling primarily.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience in developing and delivering presentations
• Must have experience in Upwork proposal writing and profile handling
• Proven track record in lead generation and market research
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in the software industry is a plus
