Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for Expando and its clients.
• Create and manage social media content calendars, including planning, scheduling, and publishing content across multiple platforms.
• Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Generate insightful reports and presentations to communicate social media performance and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around Expando's brands.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in social media marketing.
• Generate innovative ideas for engaging social media content and campaigns.

Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2 years) working as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising options (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
