Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment activities, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding of new employees by preparing paperwork, facilitating orientation sessions, and answering their questions.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with payroll processing by collecting time sheets and verifying data.
• Help with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
• Research and analyze HR trends, policies, and best practices.
• Assist with planning and executing company events and initiatives.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the HR team.

Education Required:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
