Role Description:

 The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Creating strategies to expand the company's market share.
• Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies.
• Attending industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
• Analyzing sales data and making recommendations for improvement.
• Providing feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.
• Developing and implementing business development plans and strategies.

Requirements:

• Excellent Communication, Analytical, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in New Business Development
• Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
