Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Selecting the most appropriate Generative AI, NLP, and machine learning model for each use case.
• Fine-tuning existing models to solve specific problems with better accuracy and latency.
• Supporting the tech lead in building the right architecture of scalable AI/ML systems.
• Writing production code that meets our company's high-quality and maintainability standards.
• Supporting the Data Engineer in building custom data pipelines.
• Proposing and implementing solid QA processes and metrics to track for each model.
• Being an active participant in the squad and technical chapters.
• Staying updated on machine learning and natural language processing advancements.
• Analyzing production data to find issues and come up with solutions.
• Being part of a mission-driven Agile team (Scrum/Kanban).

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience with Python.
• 3+ years of experience as an ML engineer.
• End-to-end experience of training, evaluating, testing, and deploying machine learning products in production.
• Fluent with PyTorch/Tensorflow or similar.
• Experience with the Hugging Face libraries (i.e., transformers, peft).
• Experience fine-tuning pretrained models and using vector search to enhance LLMs results.
• Experience with LLM frameworks (i.e., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack) and prompt engineering techniques.
• Experience with monitoring platforms for ML (i.e., Arize, Weights & Biases, MLFlow, Neptune).
• Ability to write production-level code in Python (SOLID principles).
• Experience with AI cloud platforms (ideally Google Vertex AI platform).
• Ability to be proactive, challenge assumptions, and come up with solutions.
• Good level of spoken and written English.

Additional skills that would be a plus:

• Experience with RLHF.
• Experience with using the event sourcing pattern and related technologies (i.e., EventstoreDB, Kafka).
• Experience in .NET Core.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Salary Package:

• From Rs180,000.00 per month.
