Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics CRM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation, customization, and support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Dynamics CRM implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions within the Dynamics CRM platform.
• Customize and configure Dynamics CRM to meet the specific needs of clients, including designing custom entities, workflows, and plugins.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support end-user adoption of Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Dynamics CRM implementation and customization.
• Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM, including entities, workflows, forms, and reports.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, data model, and security model.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are preferred but not required.
