Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Interpret financial results and provide actionable recommendations to management based on data-driven insights.
• Assist in the preparation of board presentations and other financial communications.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, etc.) preferred but not required.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience in financial planning & analysis or related field preferred.

Salary Package:
PKR 1,381,402 - PKR 2,449,099 per annum (Depending on experience & expertise)
