Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role in Rawalpindi for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist is responsible for lead generation, market research, communicating with potential and existing customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels and strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
• Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Requirements:

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in lead generation and market research.
• Customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in the tech or Aquaculture industry is a plus.
