Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research and analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scopes.
• Analyzing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Developing business cases, proposals, and project plans.
• Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Participating in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Supporting the implementation and testing of solutions.
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identifying and mitigating risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Required).

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the Software/SaaS sector.
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Proven track record of generating B2B leads and closing sales.
• Experience in hiring and leading sales teams.
• Ability to set revenue targets and develop Sales/BD plans.
• Experience in leading teams in an Agile environment with daily scrums.
• Exceptional English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
