Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and wireframes.
• Conduct user research and testing to ensure designs are user-friendly and achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are translated effectively into code.
• Design packaging, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a web and/or graphic designer.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design, website design, mobile app design, packaging design, and brochure design.
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.

Bonus points:

• Experience with front-end development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with animation or motion graphics.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
