Responsibilities:

• Craft persuasive proposals and bids on Upwork to secure projects.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and project opportunities.
• Develop effective bidding strategies to enhance success rates.
• Engage in communication and negotiation with clients to win projects.
• Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and provide accurate estimates.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company services and industry trends.
• Monitor Upwork for new project postings and promptly respond with tailored bids.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Upwork bidding expert with a successful track record.
• Strong understanding of the Upwork platform and bidding process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop persuasive and customized proposals.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent negotiation and client management skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with different industries and project types on Upwork.

Education Required:

Salary Package:

• Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
