Responsibilities:

• Conducting cold-calling for various sales projects in the USA.
• Achieving enthusiastic sales results through effective communication and rapport building.
• Utilizing industry and company knowledge to provide comprehensive support to customers.

• Maintaining patience and empathy while addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Education Required:

• No specific education requirement, but relevant experience in sales is preferred.

Requirements:

• Experience in Spectrum Sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and rapport-building abilities.
• Patience, empathy, and adaptability.
• Proficiency in time management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with phone systems.
• In-depth knowledge of sales and customer service principles.
• Ability to work night shifts (7 PM - 4 AM) with weekends off.

Salary Package:

• Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
