Client Services Executive

Role Description:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and ensure effective communication.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of advertising campaigns.

  • Track campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to clients.

  • Address client feedback promptly and resolve any issues or concerns to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Education Required: Fresh BBA/MBA Graduate or Final BBA/MBA Student.
