Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Managing incoming calls, chats, and emails.
• Generating sales inquiries through incoming calls, custom quote request forms, chats, and emails.
• Ensuring proper handling of every inquiry and converting them into sales under the supervision of the sales manager and project manager.
• Assessing customer needs and coordinating with the estimation team to provide timely price quotations.
• Conducting periodic follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales.
• Handling customer complaints, and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within company guidelines.
• Keeping records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, artwork, and other files.
• Coordinating with the design team to implement artwork changes requested by customers.
• Collaborating with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.

Requirements:

• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the USA/AUS-based packaging industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams effectively.

Salary Package:

• Salary: 70,000 to 80,000 PKR plus an attractive commission structure.

Other Details:

• Job timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM with Saturday and Sunday off.
• The mentioned salary is exclusive of sales commissions.
