Job Description:
We are seeking a Media Generalist with expertise in video editing. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Design along with at least 1 year of experience in video editing.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Enhance online courses on 10Pearlsuniversity.org by incorporating animations and popups.
• Bring creative visual aesthetics to course recordings.
• Familiarity with on-site shoots using production equipment like lights, cameras, and teleprompters.
• Understanding of editing online courses and technical knowledge of uploading videos to an LMS (Bonus).
• Proactive problem-solving and ideation for face-to-face recording and shooting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Design or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing.
• Proficiency in editing tools and related software.
• Strong command of written and verbal English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Availability for the Morning Shift (9 AM - 6 PM).
• Contractual position for 6 months.
