Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience overseeing the visual design of all digital and print materials, as well as managing a team of visual designers.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the design studio to create marketing campaigns for 10Pearls
• Develop and execute creative concepts that align with the company's brand and message
• Collaborate with marketing team to determine design requirements and provide design solutions
• Create visual assets such as graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital campaigns
• Maintain consistent visual standards across all marketing materials
• Ensure that all designs are optimized for web and mobile
• Manage projects from conception to completion while meeting project deadlines
• Mentor and guide other designers as needed
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies like Adobe Suite, Figma, Miro
