Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and improve operational performance.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize operational efficiency.
Developing and implementing flow for operational procedures.
Communicating operational metrics and progress to senior management and other stakeholders (internal and external).
Assisting in fine-tuning the product development, implementation strategies, product mix, and business plans for efficient products and projects.
Coordinating with outbound call center to maximize profitability, evaluating their sales strategies, assisting in drafting scripts, team distribution, shift analysis, etc.
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in operational management, with knowledge of SQL to automate calculations and data analysis.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
Can-do attitude.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently present information to key stakeholders.
Salary Package:
Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
