Position: Customer Sales Representative (CSR)
Location: Federal B Area, Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time (9am - 6pm)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide information about our services, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or WhatsApp

• Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information

• Maintain customer records

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

• Meet daily/weekly performance targets

• Represent the company with a positive and helpful attitude
  
  

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (English & Urdu)

• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to stay calm and patient with customers

• Basic knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp)

• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred)

• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply

• Prior CSR or call center experience is a plus
