Hiring: Manager Finance & Accounts (For U.S.-Based Clients)

As we expand our U.S. client portfolio, we're looking for a skilled Account and Tax Executive to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Manage day-to-day accounting operations for U.S.-based clients
•    Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
•    Reconcile bank and credit card accounts; manage general ledgers
•    Prepare and file U.S. tax returns (corporate, partnership, and individual)
•    Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and IRS regulations
•    Liaise with U.S. clients for financial reviews, audits, and queries
•    Utilize accounting and tax software (QuickBooks, Xero, Drake, etc.)

Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
•    2–4 years of experience handling U.S. accounting and taxation
•    Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, IRS rules, and tax procedures
•    Proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Xero, and U.S. tax software
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
•    Ability to work flexible hours to align with U.S. time zones
•    CPA/EA qualification (optional but a strong plus)
