Job Description:

We are looking for a Trainee Auditor to join our Quality Assurance team in Islamabad. The candidate will assist in auditing food retail chains such as Pizza Hut, KFC, Domino’s, Hardees, Dunkin Donuts, and Baskin Robbins, ensuring compliance with Halaal Food Standards (PS 3733:2019) and international food safety frameworks such as IFS, HACCP, and ISO 22000.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote and shadow audits under the retail auditor development program.
• Perform audits for Halaal standards and international food safety systems.
• Prepare and submit audit reports in the prescribed format.
• Provide technical guidance to trainee auditors on food safety and Halaal standards.
• Interact with clients when required and represent the organization professionally.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely report delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field).
• 5 years of relevant experience in auditing or food safety management.
• Strong knowledge of PS 3733:2019, IFS, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to conduct remote audits effectively.
