Job Description:

We are a rapidly growing digital marketing agency looking for an experienced freelance bidder to manage and grow our client acquisition efforts on Upwork and Fiverr. You will play a key role in identifying suitable projects, crafting compelling proposals, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant digital marketing projects on Upwork and Fiverr
• Write custom, compelling proposals tailored to each project
• Communicate clearly and professionally with potential clients
• Negotiate project terms and pricing with prospective clients
• Maintain a consistent, proactive approach to project hunting and bidding
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover and execution of projects
• Report on bidding performance and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a successful bidder on Upwork
• Proven track record of winning digital marketing projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, content marketing, etc.)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and professional in remote work
• Ability to work independently with integrity and discipline
