Job Description:

eSpark Consulting Group is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior UX Designer to join our growing design team in Karachi. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in user research, wireframing, and grey structure planning, and can effectively translate insights into user-centered design solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, competitor analysis)
• Create user personas, journey maps, and scenarios
• Design and iterate low-fidelity wireframes and grey structures
• Translate research findings into actionable design improvements
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UI designers
• Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in UX design or a hybrid UX/research role
• Proficiency in wireframing tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, etc.)
• Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
