Job Description:

Ragzon Solution is hiring an experienced Python Web Developer to join our team in Lahore. We're looking for someone with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using Django and Flask. This role is ideal for developers who also excel in client communication and have working knowledge of Docker for containerized deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Django and Flask
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new features
• Manage client communications, including meetings and interviews
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security
• Implement DevOps practices including Docker-based deployment and CI/CD pipelines
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in Python web development
• Proficiency in Django and Flask frameworks
• Strong communication skills for managing client interactions
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
