Job Description:
We are urgently hiring a Junior Business Analyst to join our on-site team in Davis Road, Lahore. This role involves close collaboration with clients, developers, and project managers to gather and document business requirements, support process improvements, and ensure successful software delivery. It's an excellent opportunity for professionals with 2 years of experience to gain in-depth exposure to the software development lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), use cases, user stories, process flows, and wireframes
• Analyze and improve existing business processes
• Communicate effectively between stakeholders, development, and QA teams
• Participate in meetings, stand-ups, and sprint planning (Agile environment)
• Support the QA team in defining test cases and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Assist project managers in planning, reporting, and tracking project progress
• Conduct market and industry research to inform project decisions
• Perform data analysis for insights and recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or related role
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
