Job Description:
We are hiring a Social Media Marketing Associate who is creative, client-oriented, and execution-focused. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage 5–8 brand projects independently. A solid understanding of paid advertising across major social media platforms is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with clients to understand their brand voice, objectives, and marketing goals
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars, campaign ideas, and copywriting briefs
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, video, ads) for timely project execution
• Manage social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with the ad manager to plan, monitor, and analyze paid campaigns
• Analyze performance data and generate improvement-oriented reports
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and best practices

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, client communication, and campaign execution
• Strong creative thinking and brand ownership mindset
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram boosts, TikTok ads, and basic Google Ads
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Trello/Notion, and analytics tools
• High attention to detail with a focus on meeting deadlines
