Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Trucking Sales Executive to promote and sell freight transportation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction in the logistics and trucking industry.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients needing freight and logistics services
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Present and promote trucking services to new and existing customers
• Develop customized transportation solutions based on client requirements
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service contracts
• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Monitor market trends, competition, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies
• Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts for management
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Intermediate / A-Level
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in logistics or transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
• Knowledge of freight, logistics, or trucking industry is a plus
• Comfortable with cold calling and generating leads independently
