We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects in the Blockchain and FinTech sectors. This role involves owning the project lifecycle, aligning technical execution with business goals, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from scope definition to delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business
• Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, and manage resource allocation
• Implement Agile methodologies and ensure adherence to CI/CD best practices
• Oversee API integrations, deployments, and enforce strong security protocols
• Identify risks early and execute mitigation strategies to avoid project delays
• Optimize token strategies and enhance blockchain architecture
• Stay updated on industry trends in Blockchain and FinTech
• Foster transparent communication and manage stakeholder expectations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in Blockchain or FinTech
• Strong understanding of FinTech technologies and industry regulations
• Proficiency with project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, ClickUp
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership ability with a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Quick adaptability to new technologies and fast-paced environments
