You’ll use your communication skills and product expertise to engage with customers, understand their preferences, and promote our diverse fragrance range.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide tailored fragrance recommendations
• Present product features and benefits clearly and persuasively
• Use CRM software to manage customer data and track sales
• Forecast sales trends using customer feedback and market data
• Provide timely and professional customer service
• Maintain strong knowledge of fragrance products, including new launches
