Job Description:

Caprio Sports is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our factory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data related to inventory, production, and operational processes. This role is essential in ensuring data consistency, reporting accuracy, and efficient workflow within our manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into databases, inventory systems, and production tracking tools.
• Maintain inventory records, production logs, and essential factory data.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Cross-check data from various departments for consistency and accuracy.
• Generate reports and summaries to assist management in tracking KPIs.
• Assist in preparing work orders, schedules, and operational documentation.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
• 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in a factory/manufacturing setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Familiarity with data management or ERP systems is a plus.
