The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing AAA-quality games and leading game development projects from concept to completion while ensuring efficiency, innovation, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop AAA-quality games based on provided concepts and ideas.
• Stay updated with the latest industry tools, technologies, and trends.
• Research and implement smart solutions to optimize workflows.
• Coordinate closely with designers, artists, and project managers.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality games that meet performance and design standards.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in game development.
• Strong command of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and C# scripting.
• Excellent logic and programming skills.
• Solid understanding of the game development lifecycle.
• Proven experience in developing 3D games using Unity.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
