We Dispatch Logics, a fast-growing truck dispatching company in Johar Town, Lahore, is hiring for Sales Executives and Business Development Representatives. Our company provides dispatch services to US-based trucking businesses, offering efficient load management and 24/7 support. We're seeking motivated individuals eager to grow professionally in an international market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to potential US-based clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Negotiate freight rates and close deals
• Identify new business opportunities
• Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Maintain client records and provide support as needed
• Coordinate with dispatchers to ensure successful load assignments

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Willing to work night shifts (US hours)
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience (freshers with strong English are welcome)
