Job Description:

ProEdge Consultancy is hiring for multiple U.S.-based call center campaigns, including ACA, Final Expense, and Auto Warranty. We’re looking for Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs), Verifiers, and Closers. Positions are open for both freshers and experienced candidates, depending on the role. The job requires working on-site during the night shift with competitive salaries and bonuses.

Responsibilities:

For CSR (Customer Sales Representative):

• Handle outbound/inbound calls professionally
• Engage prospects and follow provided scripts
• Achieve daily performance and quality targets

For Verifier:

• Validate leads and confirm data with customers
• Maintain campaign-specific quality and compliance
• Escalate any irregularities in the verification process

For Closer:

• Follow up on verified leads to close deals
• Present products/services convincingly
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

CSR:

• Fresh candidates welcome
• Must have excellent spoken English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Verifier:

• Freshers or 3–6 months of call center experience preferred

• Excellent command of English and attention to detail
