Xcentric is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Digital Marketing and Social Media Management team at our DHA Phase 1, Lahore office. This role involves creating visually compelling graphics and content calendars to boost our brand's digital presence. You will play a key role in translating marketing goals into impactful visual solutions, including social media content, UI/UX design, and video editing.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visuals aligned with the brand and marketing objectives.
• Create engaging designs for social media, websites, email campaigns, landing pages, and advertisements.
• Translate marketing strategies into visual content that drives user engagement.
• Design UI mockups, wireframes, and user flows using Figma.
• Edit short-form videos, reels, and animations for social platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and digital content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/Premiere Pro).
• Strong command of Figma and UI/UX principles.
• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and responsive design.
• Experience with video editing and animation for social media.
